Standard Policy

More than 60 days prior to arrival: 1/2 Deposit,

60 to 30 days prior to arrival: Full Deposit.

Full payment is non-refundable if reservation is

cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival and

we are unable to re-rent the unit at full price.

Multiple rentals and Large Units

Cancel before January 15th is subject to loss of 1/2 deposit.

One Half Rent and Tax due by January 15th and non refundable unless we can re-rent the unit at full price.

Final Payment Due 90 days prior to arrival.

No Refund if Cancelled less than 90 days unless we can rerent the unit at full price.
